Neil began his career in marketing with Snapple, rising to become Brand Director during the brand’s growth in the late 1990s. In the 2000’s Neil became VP of Strategy at Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages – now Dr Pepper Snapple where he led an extensive strategic agenda that included the acquisition of Nantucket Nectars, Yoo hoo and Orangina, the roll up of Snapple’s distribution system in key markets and the overall participation Cadbury participation strategy in Non Carbonated Beverages.

In 2008, Neil started Foods, Fluids and Beyond, a consultancy that worked with a number of new brands entering the beverage business including the first appetite suppression beverage – Underway, and the fast-growing Runa Tea. Neil returned to corporate life for a short time with Hershey in 2011 as Director of Global Innovation. In 2013, Neil joined Essentia Water – the leading Alkaline Water, and has been helping to drive the brand from its natural channel roots, into the mainstream.

Over his career, Neil has seen the beverage industry from a variety of viewpoints: Brand seller, brand buyer, marketer, salesman, innovator, distributor, bottler, investor, and analyst: He is uniquely informed on the drivers of success for beverages.
