Administrative Assistant

AccelFoods is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support two Managing Partners and manage the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate is bright, outgoing, self-motivated, detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is hungry to be a part of an exciting, fast-paced, innovative venture fund.

 

Responsibilities:

  • General office management including daily up-keep and inventory of office supplies, portfolio products, and product samples

  • Calendar management (scheduling meetings, calls, business dinners, travel, etc.) evenings and weekend management as needed

  • Travel arrangements

  • Monthly expense reports

  • Assist in fulfilling the needs of Managing Partners (including personal matters)

  • Coordinating events with internal and external parties


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Administrative experience is preferred (1-2 years)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact directly with outside parties

  • Proficiency in Word, Powerpoint, Excel

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work with a small team in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly responsive with the flexibility to work outside of traditional office hours as needs arise
