While pursuing a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania, Michael discovered his enthusiasm for supporting early stage businesses and entrepreneurs during an internship with a Philadelphia-based cleantech startup.
Following his graduation from Penn, Michael worked in sustainability while developing a growing passion for nutrition, cooking, and the food landscape. He worked with FoodFight, a non-profit organization that imparts nutrition education through schools, before finding the intersection of his passions for startups and the food space at AccelFoods.
Michael lives in New York City with his two children (his bicycle and yoga mat).
He is on the hunt for prepared Paleo meals.
